What is the AdSense API?

The AdSense API is Google's ad sharing solution for sites with user generated content.
The AdSense API is ideal for web site developers whose users create their own web content through applications like web hosting, web publishing, blogging, or social networking.

Monetize user content, providing revenue for your users, and for you.
Through the AdSense API, you can allow your users to create their own AdSense accounts on your site and display Google Ads alongside the content that they have created. Plus, users can manage their accounts and view ad performance and earnings reports - all on your site. Each user's AdSense account generates revenue for the user, and for you, the site owner.

Minimum Traffic for Launch - Starting Sep 13, 2007 only websites with over 100,000 daily page views across user pages will be eligible to participate in the AdSense API program. If you registered with us prior to that date, you have until December 15 to complete your implementation and submit it for review. If you have fewer than 100,000 page views per day, you are welcome to develop an implementation -- you can apply to go live once your users' pages reach an aggregate 100,000 daily page views.
